Insurance up to $100,000 by NCUA
The insurance fund that protects your money is administered by an independent agency called the National Credit Union Administration. This agency administers what is know as the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF), which insures your shares in the same way the FDIC insures savings at other financial institutions. This means
that your savings are federally insured up to $100,000 per account at
your credit union. |
Loan
Protection Insurance Credit Life Insurance is provided as a member pay option. The member pay Credit Disability Coverage insures up to a maximum monthly benefit of $600.00. If the insured is disabled for more than 30 days, then the disability benefit will begin with the 31st day of disability. The maximum age for Credit Disabillity coverage's is 65. |
